1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a charter with SERAI Ocean Dream or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Charter Bookings

2.1 Reservations

All charter reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from SERAI Ocean Dream.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. The confirmed price will be honored for that specific booking.

2.3 Payment Terms

• A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due before departure
• For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at booking

3. Cancellation Policy

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions from the crew
• Treat the vessel and equipment with care
• Respect marine life and environmental regulations
• Not engage in illegal activities during the charter
• Inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements

5. Liability

5.1 Our Liability

SERAI Ocean Dream carries appropriate insurance coverage. However, we are not liable for losses or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of nature, or government actions.

5.2 Guest Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the vessel or equipment caused by negligence or misuse. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the charter if no damage has occurred.

6. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to follow the planned itinerary, the Captain reserves the right to modify the route based on weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors. No refund will be provided for itinerary changes made for safety reasons.

7. Weather and Force Majeure

If a charter cannot proceed due to severe weather or force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit for future use or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

8. Health and Safety

Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before the charter. Participation in water activities is at your own risk. We reserve the right to refuse participation in certain activities if deemed unsafe.

9. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during your charter for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed. Any media we provide to you is for personal use only.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of SERAI Ocean Dream and protected by copyright laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Male', Maldives.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
